Payment: Payment is expected at time of purchase. We accept credit and debit cards through Paymate, Amazon Payments, Revolution Money Exchange, or Alert Pay. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks, and personal checks (subject to a 7-day hold to allow funds to clear both banks.
Shipping: All products are shipped via UPS. UPS ground shipping is included free for all of the products we sell. UPS expedited shipping services are available using the actual cost of the expedited shipping service from our zip code to yours. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us when you place your order and we'll send you an invoice for the additional shipping charges.
A physical address is required for shipping. UPS cannot ship to PO boxes. We are able to ship only within the continental US. We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Vergin Islands, or other US territories. We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays excluded. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. When tracking is available we provide it to our customers.
Returns: All of our products carry with them a 10 day guarantee against defects. If an item you order is defective, please contact us before returning it. We'll send you instructions and replace the item for you when we receive it back.
Clothing is exchangeable for a different size. Once again, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we'll send you the information for returning the product. When we receive it back we'll ship the requested size to you.
All returns are for exchange or company credit. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement product or requested size for exchange is unavailable.
